In 2021, Heather Fowler created the people and talent services firm Mary Jane’s People with the mission to make work better. With more than 20 years of working for large corporations and a little burnout from a global pandemic, Heather knew work needed to be better. A self-described hr nerd, known for her passion for serving others, it was a natural progression that Heather focused on making work better through people, teams, and community intentionally working with Women and PGM leaders.
